	Bill Diedrich, President of Diedrich Builders, Inc. began his career in 1971 developing farmland in Apple Valley. His love of the business led him to want to design and build homes as well as develop the surrounding land. Since 1976 he has acquired a unique ability to know and understand what people desire in single family custom built homes as well as to meet the needs of those who choose to live a maintenance free lifestyle in a townhome.
	Bill and his staff of sales associates are very dedicated to ensuring each and every client has an opportunity to custom design their home regardless of the price range. We have spent many years working to accommodate retired and handicap homeowners of all ages. At the same time we have built single-family homes in all price ranges keeping in mind the needs of families and communities. We are very proud of the fact that a majority of our business is repeats or referrals.
